Adrian Kennedy has substantial experience in intellectual property matters. In particular Adrian has prepared and negotiated many joint venture marketing agreements securing brand licensing from companies such as Marks & Spencer, Npower and Severn Trent Water.

Adrian also acts for several professional sportsmen and has provided advice on sponsorship and endorsement agreements as well as advising his clients on issues such as image rights and tax planning.
